Brief Introduction
LZ200X Adjustable needle type pressure regulator valve is composed of main valve, needle adjust valve, pressure reducing pilot valve, ball valve and pipe system. This valve is mainly installed at the upstream of water supply system for high-rise building, living quarters and other pipe networks, to reduce or stabilize the pressure of downstream pipe network or device. Outlet pressure is set by setting pressure reducing pilot valve spring and needle valve open degree, and outlet pressure is stabilized by the feedback action from tube system and control room, no need other device or energy, easy to maintain, less influence from inlet pressure and flow rate, control pressure precisely, reliable to reduce and stabilize pressure.
Working Principle
When pipe started to supply water from inlet, water flows into main valve control room via needle adjust valve, outlet pressure works on the pressure reducing pilot valve via tube system. When outlet pressure is higher than pressure reducing pilot valve, pressure reducing pilot valve will be closed, control room stopped water draining, and then main valve control room pressure rises to closed main valve, outlet pressure will not rise any more.
When outlet pressure drops below pressure reducing pilot valve setting pressure, control room will drain water to downstream. Pressure reducing pilot valve displacement will be bigger than needle adjust valve water inflow, main valve control room pressure drops. Inlet pressure will close main valve. while steady-state, Control room water inflow and displacement will be the same. Open degree will not change, and outlet pressure will not change. Outlet pressure can be set by setting pressure reducing pilot valve spring.
Features
1 Pressure controlling is steady and reliable. Pressure reducing pilot valve and main valve works continuously, downstream pressure changes continuously and steady. Low influence from inlet pressure.
2 Easy to operate. After working pressure is set, when upstream pressure of flow rate changes, main valve will adjust automatically, to stabilize downstream pressure.
